Add the University Calendar to your Outlook

The University produces a digital calendar which you can import into your own Outlook.

If you get lost with where we are up to in the term, it’s really useful as it puts a ‘line’ across the top of your outlook reminding you which week it is and also other events like exams and graduation. You can download the calendar:

• Go to Semester Dates 2023-24
• Click on the Semester Dates 2023-23 iCalendar (ICS)
• Open the file from your Downloads folder
• Select to open it in Outlook if asked
• Select to Import (so that it will be visible in your own calendar).

It will then look like this when you open your calendar (this is Working Week view)
